You deserve a safe, non-judgmental space to process thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Psychotherapy with a person centered approach is available for adults to address stressors, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, self-care regimens. Clinical treatment incorporates therapy modalities best suited for your needs.
Psychotherapy is provided via a telehealth platform (video) known as Simple Practice. This is a user-friendly, convenient way to meet with your therapist in real-time in a private setting of your choice. Office-based and in-home sessions are available as needed. WALK AND TALK sessions are also available at Iroquois Park May-October.
All adults are welcomed, however, for Black women who struggle with mental health challenges the approach to psychotherapy bridges evidence based treatment with ancestral methods of healing, unlike traditional psychotherapy.
